What does your courses look like?


Odisea courses are on demand video lessons so you can study at your own pace, pausing and resuming according to your needs and your time. Each lesson also includes exercises to invite you to meditate, reflect, incorporate new knowledge, and put what you’ve learned into practice.


What kind of courses can I find at Odisea?


All our courses are focused on your personal development and well-being, enhancing two aspects of learning:

  • Empower your Self: develop “soft” skills, self-knowledge, interpersonal relationships, creativity, leadership, motivation, personal improvement.
  • Boost your resources: personal finances, teamwork, productivity, entrepreneurship, home care, health care.

Do you offer certificates?


Upon completing all the lessons and practices proposed in a course, you will receive a completion certificate in your email, so you can celebrate and share your achievement.


Can I download course videos?


The video or audio lessons in our courses can only be viewed by logging into the platform and entering the corresponding course.
Other content, such as articles, exercises, slides, could be available for download as appropriate.


Do you offer live sessions?


In addition to our on demand content, we may also offer live courses via Zoom, in the “Masterclass” style. Since these events have a specific date and time, we suggest you subscribe to our mailing list to receive news by clicking here and thus find out about upcoming events.


Do you offer onsite sessions?


At the moment we do not have onsite courses available, we suggest you subscribe to receive news by clicking here and thus find out about upcoming releases.


PAYMENTS

Which payment methods do you offer?


You can pay for your courses with credit cards from a wide list of countries with the option “Pay with Paypal”. Here you will find step-by-step instructions to pay with this payment method.

In certain countries, the option to pay with Mercado Pago will also be available (recommended for Argentina). Mercado Pago accepts different local payment methods such as credit, debit cards and cash payments in Rapipago or PagoMisCuentas. ACCESS YOUR CONTENT

How do I access a course?


Once you have purchased a course, and completed your registration information, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to access your course.

You may access to see the lessons via your computer, cell phone or tablet. For that, you must click on the “Login” button (found in the right corner of the screen in the web version, or within the drop-down menu in the mobile version) and complete your username (email address) and the password you have chosen.

Once you have logged in, you can navigate to your account to access each of the courses in which you enrolled and start your lesson, resume from where you left off, or see the entire course as many times as you like.


How long will I be able to access a course?


You will have unlimited access to the courses you purchased to enjoy them from the date you made the purchase, and while the platform is online.


TROUBLESHOOT ACCESS ISSUES

I have not received a purchase confirmation email


Please check if you received the purchase confirmation email in the “junk” or “spam” tray.

If you find it there, we recommend adding our email contacto@tuodisea.com to your contacts and avoid future notifications to be marked as spam.

If you still cannot find it, contact us at contacto@tuodisea.com including your purchase information (operation number, first and last name) and we will work it out for you.


When trying to access my account I receive a notification indicating that the username or password are not valid


The username (email) and password are data that you provided when purchasing your first course.

  • If you do not remember the email with which you registered, you can send us an email to contacto@tuodisea.com and we’ll help you recover your account.

When I want to access a course that I bought, it tells me to “buy” again, what happens?


Make sure you have logged in with the username (email) and password combination with which you purchased your course. If you do not remember with which email you are registered or have created several users by mistake, write to us at contacto@tuodisea.com and we’ll be glad to help you.
